When using HubSpot CRM, businesses can easily connect directly to other systems and software with HubSpot through HubSpot's available app marketplace or perform connections via API and Private App.

Regarding customization capabilities, in addition to the default settings already available, HubSpot's CRM can also be configured with custom data fields. From the Professional level and above, businesses also gain the Automation Workflow feature with customization capabilities to handle thousands of possible scenarios.

How long does it take to implement HubSpot? How is training and user guidance provided for the business team?

Throughout the onboarding process, GAPIT plays a key role in guiding, consulting, and providing documents and sample templates to help with system setup and application. At the same time, GAPIT trains the business’s team to effectively use HubSpot.

What payment options are available for businesses to subscribe to HubSpot software?

To purchase and use HubSpot software, businesses can choose one of the two common payment methods below: 
 
Method 1: Direct payment to HubSpot without an intermediary
In this case, the business makes payments via credit card and is responsible for handling any issues related to foreign contractor tax and international payments.
 
Method 2: Payment through GAPIT
GAPIT will process all payments, taxes, and related procedures on behalf of the business. Once the registration and payment process is completed, GAPIT will hand over the system to the customer. With this method, GAPIT will charge a payment service fee to the business.
